We generally avoid giving combination drugs to children
Start with normal saline drops every 6 hourly and give plain levocetrizine syrup to baby
Avoid combination drug
I would recommend to use nasal drops before using syrups..even if after using nasal drops child is uncomfortable u can use syrup..Rather than using combination syrup its better to use plain levocetrizeine syrup...
