Hi I am a mother ...just want to know if we should give vit amin d sachet in milk to 11 years old girl or any other supplements. She often complains of leg pain after playing. Is it compulsory to give vitamin D . Doctors please suggest..also I prefer giving only home cooked food. Also should we give gritzo supermilk powder..is it useful..heard from a friend.please suggest.

3.5 year old Fever 102 now Having fever since Saturday night. Sunday was better Monday again fever Took meftal P on her own till yesterday evening Now not ready to take paracetamol at all.. Keeping tap water sponged cloth on her head Till morning will that be ok as night doctor not available

Sometimes my daughter gets hiccups 3-4 times in a day. Then she wont get it for 15 days or so. Not all the time but some days she will get multiple times in a day. She is otherwise healthy and happy. Should I worry ?
