Excessive sweating during feeding and sleep is often benign, but if it is significant and associated with poor weight gain, fast breathing, easy fatigue, recurrent chest infections, or difficulty feeding, a pediatric evaluation is advisable to rule out underlying cardiac or respiratory conditions.

Greetings Coughing and sweating during meals or sleep need Pediatrician evaluation in person.Potential causes include respiratory infections, asthma, or severe acid reflux.Heavy sweating can also indicate that the child is struggling to breathe.Avoid over-the-counter cough medicines for children under six years old.
