2.5 yrs old son with cough n cold
My son who is 2.5 yrs has cold and cough. I can feel his voice is coarse and his body bit warm. When I tested using thermometer it was showing 37.1. What medicine shld i give for cold n cough?

If mild,just give steam inhalations,and paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if needed.
If severe,consult your paediatrician.
