Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, my son is 4 year old going to preschool. He is very active and everything is normal. But for the last one week, everyday during bedtime as soon as I switch off the lights and when he lays down, he says his head is spinning but he will sleep in 5-10 minutes. Other times he is very normal and he doesn't say it. Even when I ask him in the morning when gets up he says no spinning. I thought he feels sleepy so he says like that. Is there anything to be worried?

My daughter is 3 years old. After comg from.school, she sleeps for 2 hours during the day time from around 4 pm to 6 pm. But she goes to bed late at night, after 11 or sometimes after 12 . My concern is : Is it compulsory for kids to sleep during the day? What is the best time for kids of her age to sleep so that she has a good height growth. Also, what foods help in height growth. What are other do's and dont's for increasing height.

As he had cold and feverish and continued for eye infected so would need a generic medical certificate for 1week leave from Feb 2 to Feb 5.

My 7 year old daughter has a High fever, sore throat, cough and low appetite for the past 10 days.  She has been given antibiotics and cough syrups twice in an 18 day period, and now these are the test reports. Kindly suggest what's the cause and correct line of treatment. I am attaching chest xray and blood reports herewith.Also her Dengue, Malaria, Typhoid tests are negative.

My 8 month old baby girl has a mild anteriorly placed ectopic anus along with a perineal groove. So far she has no issues with stool or urine and weight gain is also good. The pediatric surgeon gave us option to either leave it open or go for a corrective surgery after baby turns 1yr Anyone else has gone through a similar surgery? If yes how was the post op recovery and whether this surgery is mandatory
