Lactobrain is a probiotic supplement that supports gut health, digestion, and the gut-brain axis. The best time to administer it is usually in the morning with or just before a meal.Probiotics naturally stimulate bowel movements, which explains the regular morning pooping after waking up.While probiotics do not directly suppress sleep, active digestion or mild gas could impact rest. The reduction in sleep duration could also be entirely unrelated or a temporary adjustment phase
