Child Health Issues

My child is suffering from Bronchopnemonia from past 1 month, 15 days admitted in hospital but not cured fully, present clinical medication going on still fever in come & go. Doctors saying that it will took time to clear. Need suggestions on this.

My 4-yr 9m-old child has been experiencing recurrent episodes of cold & cough, spanning approximately 1 year & 9 months. Despite multiple consultations with pediatricians &  ENT  (as once he complainleft air pain), the symptoms  persisted, with temporary remissions following medication. Since November last year, the child has been exhibiting persistent cold & cough symptoms, for which we have been administering prescribed medications. Last month, the child again complained of ear pain, prompting a visit to an ENT specialist. ENT informed a mild yellow discharge in both ears. The ENT specialist prescribed a combination of Levolin & Budcort for 15 days & asked for an X-ray. The X-ray report indicates mild soft tissue enlargement in the nasopharyngeal roof, suggestive of enlarged adenoids. Based on this report, the ENT specialist has recommended  a 1-month course of Synospray & Sinomet & then adenoidectomy surgery. Is surgical intervention the sole viable option for our child. Pls suggest

Hi doctor, actually we are moving to the USA so I just need a small help like  I just want a clearance summary letter like my child has completed all the vaccines till 5th year  including list of vaccine names in summary letter from any of the doctors, so  that we need to submit in the USA school for the admission purpose

My 14 months baby is having running nose since last 1 week and cough and cold. He today coughed like anything. We are stressed a lot. This happening to him every month specially every 1 week this cough cold fever comes. His taking nebulizer, medicines etc.

My baby is four and half month old her head is not symmetrical and forehead is little dominant and it seems little big she sleeps preferring her right side and avoid sleeping keeping head straight kindly suggest and help

My baby is 5 days old ,he always wants to breastfeed ,he is crying even after feeding, is it colic pain if , how many drops of colic drops can be given ?

My 19-month-old baby boy started having vomiting (twice), fever around 101°F, and multiple loose motions (initially 7 times, now around 5 times per day). He sometimes becomes active but also cries a lot, especially during loose motion, and holds his penis while passing stool. There is no vomiting now and fever has reduced. He is passing urine normally. The doctor prescribed fever medicine, vomiting medicine, ORS, probiotic, and an antibiotic for 5 days, and advised that if loose motion does not reduce within 48 hours, admission may be needed. I would like to know if this management is appropriate and when I should be concerned.

I have given 5ml of adult tonoferon single dose to my daughter. Have given milk and water after that. Weight is 14kg. Please suggest immediate action

My one month old baby girl has a stuffed nose, gets very noisy and difficult to breathe during the nights. I have visited a doc and she has given saline drops(Nasoclear)  for the nose along with nebulizer every 6 hrs(Hyperneb3%) ,Mucolite 0.4ml and Sachet Esole(10mg) 1/4 Sachet once a day. Its the 4th day today and i dont see any improvement. What else can i do? I have an appointment with another doctor tomo.

My baby is 9 months old, he gets hiccups every time he laughs a lot. Is this a normal baby behaviour?
