Child Health Issues

My 3years old son was caughing badly for previous few days. I gave him Ascoril ls junior 5ml twice a day as his doctor prescribed. But just in one day caugh gets  improve. Can I continue this medicine for three days instead of 5days according to prescription!

My twin boy was delivered at 36 weeks . His weight was 2.16 kg at birth. Since then v are mixed feeding him. He is offered breast milk and then 60 ml of formula. He is 2.5 month old and he is 4.1 kg right now. Should I be increasing the formula amount. How do I know when to increase it ? He is happy after drinking 60 ml and doesn't show any concerns. But if offered 90 ml via spoon feeding he is ready to gulp tht too . He drinks 3 ounce in less than 5 min. I would like to know if it's fine continuing with 60 ml of should I increase to 90 ml along with direct breastmilk feeding

My daughter is 40 day old and is passing stool after every meal, almost 10 to 15 times daily. Urine output is 7-8 times daily. Also passing stool little bit each time passing gas. Want to know if this is normal and how long it will take to recover

My 4yrs old has frequent cough and cold this season and whenever she plays,run/jump around/shouts/cries she will start coughing.one time she started wheezing at night after taking some medicine prescribed by a doctor,she got better but since yesterday she's caught a cold again  and is coughing.now she's wheezing and has difficulty breathing at night.please help

When my baby was 1.5 years old she fell down from bed and vomited also immediately and after some hours she was normal and till now no issues. Now she is 3.5 years  old. Will it affect her brain in the future? Pls reply.

Hi, My son is having fever of 102 degree for the past 3 days. Doctor prescribed fluvia syrup and moxikind cv syrup. After giving these 2 medicines his body temperature came down to 95.9 - 96.3.. Is I normal? He don't have any other compliants right now.
