My daughter is 2.3 years old and her weight is 9.2 kg and recently consulted pediatrician for contipation issue. He had prescribed laxopeg laxative for one sachet morning and 1 bedtime for total 7 days. I followed it and gave one night and next morning , during afternoon she gets fever and refused to eat anything and barely drinking any liquid due to which she looks dehydrated. Post consultation again doctor prescribed her paracetamol and the Syvacit medication to increase the apetite. I just wanted to know and take second opinion if this medication is safe for 2 year old. As she is under weight and she has very less appetite doctor have prescribed this medicine.pls help me with this as I don't want to take any further risk as she is anyway suffering from constipation and fever currently.

Hi doctors my baby is 13 months since she turned 1 year dono where she learnt she started go spit up every meal she has a strong preference for sweet taste if we add apple banana chickoo mango papaya to any meal she will eat or else she spits everything I am really worried if we can add fruits for all 3 meals in a day will it increase blood sugar in babies I am so helpless i am adding fruit to all her meals like ragi porridge and even for rice i add fruits Will it cause any harm if we add fruits like this ? How to avoid this problem of spitting will this even stop ? Am so worried

My baby is 11 months and 15 days old, I introduced 20 ml cow milk 3 days ago, diluted it a little bit so that it is easy on the stomach. Then, I increased it to 40 ml and so on each day. Currently, I'm giving 80-120 ml cow milk once a day. Seems like the stomach is getting used to it and no allergy or diarrhea till now.  At completion of 12 months, I plan to give only pure cow milk without dilution. Is this transitioning plan good or have I introduced cow milk too early? Will this amount of milk cause any stress to the kidneys? Should I stop or continue with this plan?
