Child Health Issues

When my son was 5 months old he started waking up every hour at night and goes back to sleep with my help (feeding or rocking). Now he is 1 year old and the habit remains the same. He sometimes waking up every half n hour and takes 5-10 minutes to go back to sleep with parental help. He never had a more than 1.5 hrs stretch of sleep. Is it normal? Or should I go for pediatric sleep help. Or there is any solution which can help

Please advice dose of orofer xt drops for 9 month old weight 7 kg...earlier when hr was around 6 kg was given 0.5 ml ywice a day...should i increase or remain same.

My 1 year 11 month son is having loose motion from 7- 8 days. I had given O2M syrup twice in the first 3 days of loose motion and in the next 2 days he did potty 1 or 2 times only. But again after that he is doing potty 4 to 5 times mostly after eating something from last 3 days.  Please suggest the medication.
