My Daughter will turn 1 month on 9th November. She has been breastfeeding and spitting milk in some time of taking feed, today evening she started spitting milk just after breastfeed. When I try to burp her she doesn't burp at all or burp once but still spit milk. What should I do? Plz help

My child is 2.5 year old, weigh 13.9kg At first she catched cold, and next day fever... All settled by Cetirizine and paracetamol... Now mucus is reduced in noses.. but she started to cough and i feel the phelgm in chest... She cough and sometimes trying to vomit the phelgm from her throat... I need medicine for this... We had  given paracetamol 250mg/5ml Suspension 4ml each time to my 2.5 year old baby with 13 kg weight at yesterday night 9 PM then 2 AM then 8 AM then 2 PM and now at 8PM. As before lapses of 24 hour we have given 5th dosage , is there any problem. We are bit worried as in bottle written 4 times maximum in 24 hour. We given 5 times within 24 hour. Kindly help with your valuable suggestion in this regard. Thank you.
