My son is having cold and fever. His stomach breathing rate is 60 per min. I checked while he is sleeping. I have given him medicines. Should I be worried?

6 month old is having a running nose with mucus. He is coughing since last 4days. Breastfeeding is okay. Sleep discomfort ( may be due to block nose). Cries with watery eyes

My wife is having burning sensation and pain while breastfeeding 1.5 month baby and more so immediately after breastfeeding since last 7 days. Nipcare cream doesn't seem very effective. If there is some gap of 2 hours or more in breastfeeding, it is getting pacified and feels normal, but again burning starts with breastfeeding. Breast has no redness, a bit crack. No fever, chills or any other symtom like that.

My daughter is 1 month and 10 days old she breastfeed from one side for 5 -6 mnts and sleep for 2-3 hr ...so my concern is is she is satisfied with this and on next demand which breast should I offer the previous one or another .( Her daily nappies of pee are more than 7 atheist and poop more than 2 times .She was c sectioned in 36 week her birth weight was 2.4kg her current weight is around 3 kg)
