7 month having tight poop
Hello my baby is going to be 8 months on 21 june..after starting his solids ..his poop has become solid and sometimes tight..he is pooping daily..no gas problem.. stomach is also not tight but poop is tight..is it a problem..what should I do

Change in consistency of stools after introduction of solids is normal. Keep giving lits of fluids, fruits and vegeta. That helps. Raisins soaked in water overnight, mashed and given first thing in the morning often helps

Give more fibre rich food. Give more water. Try to avoid refined wheat flour foods. Thanks

Give fruits and fibre diet.give adequate fluids also...no need to concern ..no need to use any medication as of now
