Delayed closure of the anterior fontanelle beyond 18 to 24 months is a notable symptom. The image provided shows a small, low-resolution view of a child's lower legs from behind on a purple mat, but the image clarity is insufficient to determine if any genuine bone curvature or bowing is present. An open fontanelle at two years shares characteristics with conditions like nutritional rickets, congenital hypothyroidism, or normal biological variation. To investigate further, a pediatrician will typically order a serum alkaline phosphatase test, look for widened wrists, and examine the child's gait.

Please do a blood test for vitamin D level. Without full check up, it's not possible to comment on legs. It can be treated, so nothing to worry about usually
You should do X-ray and some blood tests for Rickets by consulting pediatrician as child needs physical evaluation also. And after reports start the treatment.
Hello
The child needs direct physical examination to evaluate if signs of rickets are present.. Continue vitamin D drops and consultation is needed for further evaluation.
