  4. Navel bulge for 2 year old boy. Be done?

Navel bulge for 2 year old boy
Past 4 months I have been noticing that my 2 year old baby boy suddenly developed this bulge on the navel. Looks like this navel is coming out. Is this umbilical hernia ? What needs to be done ? Attaching the picture.
