My kid is 3.5 yr and he is having runny nose. I was giving him maxtra syrup but not seeing any improvement. Please suggest..

My daughter is 6 weeks old and I got her vaccination done yesterday. Now she is having fever and also dry cough. Is dry cough common at this time. I'm giving her paracetamol drops as per doctors prescription. However shall I apply vicks vapour rub for dry cough. Or do you prescribe something else?

Hi doctor,my kid he is 4years old he was having seviour fever of 102degree for 2 to 3days and vomitng due to stomach infection and took a treatment and now he is fine, no vomits and fever but since yesterday he is having legpains,dno y,he s taking little food also but from 4days he was only on fluids with ORS and tender coconut ,now dno y is that legpains he cnt even step he says ...kindly let me know what's the reason,one more thing is due to that vomits doctor as given injection of emeset for left thigh 2days back but frm yesterday legpains below knee both the legs.kindly suggest am very scared cos fever he got  earlier and now legpains.

My baby 1.5 month old, recently had his 6th weeks immunization.. Had fever since then.. He is breastfeeding n on the same time i supplement him with formula.. I m giving him LACTOGEN.. But since his immunization, he is irritating, not taking either breastfeed or formula despite being hungry he is having ongoing issue of colic n constipation, he generally poops once in every 4 days... But yesterday when he pooped, it contains green semi solid content too... Pls help me n suggest some remedy

In awake of increasing COVID numbers we are now in double mind.
