Does painless vaccination is not much effective ? It gives less immunity and will not be there for long run ? Is this true ? I actually opted for painless vaccination for my baby she is 2.5months.. I didn't know the effects..

It is less effective than DTwP ("painful" ) vaccine as per some studies. But DTaP ("painless") is also acceptable. You can give DTwP as next dose. At least 1 dose of DTwP is recommended. No need to worry about it.
