Change of vaccine painless to painful
My child is 2 and half months old. I have given 1st vaccine hexaxim which was painless can I shift to penta. Is there any side effect? What is difference between both of them?

You can switch to penta. As such no side effects. Component related difference is there between hexaxim and penta vaccines. Penta will cause some more pain and fever after vaccination. Immunity achieved after vaccination is comparatively equal though penta has some advantages over hexaxim. Penta shows much better immune response.
