Child Health Issues

Hello, My baby is 25 months old and she had started to Vomit bcz of harsh cold weather here in Punjab.Upon examined by the paediatric,Mikacin 250 mg has been given to her and but still her vomiting are not under control.What should be given to her to eat as she is not digesting anything.

Suffering from runny nose, cold and fever since yesterday Using t minic syrup and p250 drops as per previous doctor prescription

She is one and half month old before she done toilet daily now she is doing 2 to 3 days once and she is normal in all other activities is this normal

On 31st night my son had palm wine of 2 tea glasses and from 2morning he started having diarrhea and vomitings, he had a loose stool for 8 to 9 times and vomitings for 3times, we gave him ondem and paracetamol for his fever , after giving ondem he did not vomit but passed a loose stool again, is this a serious condition, please give us a suggestion, we also started giving enterogermina

6+ month baby having weight 8 kgs exclusively on  Breast milk till date. Now breast milk seems not enough. Which milk can be given extra in small amounts?
