Child Health Issues

Hi, my 7 month baby got cold from 2-3 days and he is having cough also. From yesterday fever is coming. I have given crocin drops for fever and t minic drops for cold. Can u suggest Something i am worried.

High fever ( yesterday's 102) from last two weeks. Weakness and all the tests are negative ( dengue, malaria and jaundice).. Im fever body shivers. Please help

Dear Sir/ Madam, We blessed with baby girl on Oct -12th after she born we Observed mark ( Red rashes ) under the hip or bottom place of  thigh The same mark still she had as first we thought it is rashed but the mark is still there Please find the attached pic Please advice is this any Unhealthy mark Or any mole ? Today first time in evening my daughter passed stool which was tight and there were little blood stains on them, her age is 20 months, generally she is having tight stools from few days

My son 1.6 yrs old is having much difficulty in passing stool...it takes for him 15-20 mins to paas stool and that too hard stool ..this is happening from 2 months back...have tried eva q , lactulose... nothing is working ...still the problem continues ...he has to apply a lot of pressure...he is not eating properly food...only stays on milk...

Hu, ny baby is 15 days old.. He was born in 36 weeks And was admitted in NICU for 4 days where he was given Aptamil preterm formula milk..after discharge, he is nit satisfying with my breast milk And is not taking enough breast milk... I have started giving him same formula milk now with my breast milk.. But every time I feed him, he passes motion and then he is all empty again and demand for milk.. His weight after 15 days has called from 2.250 kg at birth to 2.1 kg now.. Can u pls suggest me if I need to change his formula milk coz I believe he is not digesting breast milk as well as formula milk.. And moreover he does not burp even
