Doctor my sister's 4 dose intradermal anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 and she took 3 vaccines till now and her Last 4th Day 28 vaccine is due next month but today again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should need to take extra dose of vaccine or she need to Re-start vaccination?

Dear doc My daughter had some kind of itching in her left sole. She strtd scratching it. This has been there for past two days. But tull yester she was OK. Again in the night she had severe itching and the skin has become very thick now with some kind of dark patch. Pls let me know what can be done n why this has happened. My son got fever just 4-5 days back and post that he started refusing to all kinds of food. He is not eating any solid or liquid food and even not finishing his milk also. Due to this he got severe constipation also. He is very weak now and we are worried about it.

My daughter is 9 years old. Since morning she had mild fever 99.5 F and sore throat (pain in her throat). We had Ibugesic plus with us at home,so we have given that 8 ml. So, for sore throat can we give her Azithral 250 mg with Ibugesic plus? She has this problem every year when season changes at the beginning of winter. My main query is though we are giving Ibugesic plus, can Azithral be given ? How is Ibugesic plus ? Can it be given in fever or shall change the medicine?
