Hi Sir Good morning My baby had few bubbles under neck we didn’t noticed at the time of birth. She is 2weeks old now. I have attached pic. Pls advise on how to proceed

Don't worry at all, these skin lesions are in healing stage. Remember newborn hv very sensitive skin Specially in frictional area. Apply lactocalamine lotion locally 6 hourly
