My son 4 years old..he fall down from 1 feet ..after that swollen absorbed in back side of head ...three days going .swollen slightly reduced..not fully reduced...but he have no pain in that area..how to reduce swollen in that area

Hi My 50 day old son has been diagnosed with silent reflux.. He has lot of regurgitation.. He also has too much gas inspite of burping.. Dr gave colic aid 10 drops plus bonnisan 10 drops twice a day and rantac 0.3 ml twice a day.. One of my friends with similar situation had food results just with neopeptine. Can I give neopeptine? If so which medicine should I stop? How much is the dosage?

Azithromycin 250 mg syrup was prescribed for my daughter,  just going to attain the age of 6 years, due to her sever fever, but local market is saying there is no 250 mg azithromycin syrup, they have 200 mg azithromycin syrup and 250 mg azithromycin tablets instead of syrup. Is there any alternate syrup for the said dosage for my daughter?? Is fever rises upto 103 deg F.

I have been delivered three days back through c section in 37 weeks...there is no milk at all in the breast...what can be done???

Hi Doctor, I have stopped breastfeeding my 23 months old baby recently. Since then he isn't sleeping properly at night. He mostly sleeps on cradle(earlier it was on bed) and wakes up suddenly and starts crying loudly for 3-4mins. This pattern is happening for 2-3times every night. What should I be doing to make him sleep throughout night peacefully on bed( and not on cradle). Thanks in advance!

My child during 3month old had scabies, after treatment it got clear but after that every few days tiny pustules occurs in his feet and very itchy at night. He is now 11month old , doctor has given him allegra 30mg syrup 2.5ml and Crotorax HC cream last month but it provide temporary relief while using this medicine and occurs again after few days.( after searching in internet i feel may be it is Acropustulosis). Kindly please help. what should be done to get permanent relief from this.
