Baby is passing stool in green colour 6 times in a day . I gave him the medicines which was prescribed by the doctors but she couldnot relief. Suggest something

My baby girl birth weight is 2.8kg..now she is 5 mnths 10 days old.. She weighs 5.6 kgs.. Everybody says she is lean.. She is on combined breastfeeding since last 2 mnths, mostly formula milk being larger quantity.. What kind of fud i can start and how many times a day? She rolled over at 3 mnths 21 days.. Now a days she starting pushing herself backwards and rocking her body... I have attached a picture.. Pls let me know if she is preparing herself for crawling.. Doctor my sister's previous 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 37 28 9/11/21 Day 0 ( 1st Dose) 12/11/21 Day 3 ( 2nd Dose) 16/11/21 Day 7 ( 3rd Dose ) 7/12/21 Day 28 ( 4th Last Dose) But today on 1st January 2022 a monkey scratch her with nails with minor bleeding drop like blood no wound so should she need to take anti Rabies vaccine if yes then how many dose of Rabies Vaccine ?

My baby girl is 5 mnths 14 days old today... Her birth weight is 2.8kg..now she weighs 5.6kg..she is mostly on formula milk since last two months as she gets distracted during breastfeeding and also she doesn't wake up much for feeds during nights... She takes 5 to 6 feeds of formula milk from 90 ml - 120ml(120ml max once or twice, mostly around 90ml).During nights I offer her breast but iam not sure how much intake she has as she sleeps within 5 min.. Pls let me know her weight is ok and also is that quantiry of formula milk sufficient or should it be increased... Every body says she is looking like a 3 mnth old because of her less weight.. By the way she is very active, rolled over at 3 mnths 21 days and now trying to crawl.. Pls help me..
