Does Brozeet syrup is same as Brozeet LS syrup. Or they are different? What does LS mean here ? Can anyone please clarify. Need help.

Does syrup given forcibly to 16 months child leads to cough??? Cough is not continuous, But when cough started it continuous for three times and then stops and after 15 min again it will but now he is sleeping peacefully

Hi doctor, My son is 3.7 years old he is having cold since one week..today from around 4.30pm on words he looks like he is sleepy..around 5.30pm his head is little hot..at 6 pm I have checked temperature and it is 101..only his head is hot body's temperature is normal..have given citrizine& paracetamol syrup..my doubt is because of cold his head is hot or he is having fever?pease give me your suggestion..thank you..
