At 6 months, breast milk production is approx 600-700ml/day which is not sufficient for baby growth, hence recommendation is to start complementary diet.
Which includes cereals, pulses, and fruits.
Introduce one item at a time.

Now the baby is 6 months old.....The nutrient content of breast milk is not sufficient enough for baby's growth.... So you can continue your milk along with complimentary feed like kichidi, banana, uggu ,cereals and pulses added food .... Try rach item separately and look for whether child is liking or not according you give liked food... Thank you
