My daughter is 3 yrs old last week only we have used enema on her but again this week she's hasn't poop so is it safe to use enema again on her?

My son (12 years old) suffering from cough (moderate intensity) for past few days. Consulted a pediatrician. He prescribed Ascoril D plus cough syrup (7ml 3 times a day) and Levocet 5mg two times a day and did nebuluzation few times. Nebulization helped to reduce cough for few hours, but there wasn't much relief from medicines. Then I met him again and he suggested xray and xray report showed mild lung infection. Not sure if xray was necessary and if it is safe. He prescribed Augmentin 625mg tablet twice a day for 5 days and told to continue medicines and nebulization. I came to know that Augmentin 625 is a very powerful antibiotic and 625mg dose may not be safe for 12 year old child. Probably 375mg would have been better. But I have already given 625mg two times till now (in two days) and I stopped giving syrup. He is feeling better now, but I am worried whether this tablet caused any harm to my son already. Would like to know your opinion. Thanks in advance.

I can't keep my breast milk. After putting it in the bottle after pumping, there is a sour smell How do I collect my milk? . My baby's mouth also smells like sour. How can I give him breastmilk? Shall I throw away a little before giving milk?Please advise me।

Hi, I have twin girl babies they born at 34 weeks due to lack of breast milk doctor suggested me for Similac Neosure since they are preterm babies. Now they are 3 months old their birth weight is 1.6& 1.7 kgs. Now they are 4.05& 4.100 kgs. Due to financial issues it's very difficult to buy that formula as we need 1 tin for 2 days. So can we switch for similac stage1 now. Kindly suggest me.

Dear Sir / Mam , Greetings! My daughter is having blocked nose and cold since past one week . She is breathing through her nose. I am giving Tinmin 5 ml three times a day and using Nasoclear pure hale spray but it is of no use . There is no sign of improvement. She is having trouble sleeping coz of blocked nose. Hello, my son is 6 months old and he is a  active boy but sometimes his head gets warm and he sweats while breastfeeding. Sometimes he gets small swelling in his skull. What is the reason for this and how to treat this.

Baby is 6 weeks 4 days old. Baby sometimes doesn't burp even after 20-30 mins of patting . I also try to change the position but still he doesn't burp. Doc has recommended to make the baby burp after each feed as my baby is gassy baby .

Hello doctor,Our baby is 26weeks old (around 6.5month) right now we started giving solids like apple puree, carrot puree,ragi porridge, rice with veg soup puree, formula feed & breast milk.When can I introduce non veg for her.

Now I want to know what should be Zincovit syrup dosage for him he is 5 years old weighing around 18.8kg?

Hi my son suffering fever from today morning, 102 fever came, Meftal P syrup given, but within 2.5 hours again 100 fiver came, Can I give again same syrup within 2.5 hours time period, Please suggest.
