Depends on the symptoms.
Danger signs: fever for more than 1 week, fast breathing, vomiting, age below 2 years
Any of the above then get admitted.
If child is active, taking liquids atleast and no breathing problems then can be managed with home based treatment.
Still in doubt, then take a consult.
