My baby is 1 year old.Neither he is eating nor drinking milk.His weight is also not increasing,he is underweight. Sometimes i make him eat his food,later he vomits.I am really stressed for him. What should I do or what are the causes.please advice

My newborn is 15 days old. If I do coconut oil massage before bathe for my baby, do i still need to apply baby lotion after that?
