Good morning sir my son is getting pits and for that doctor said to do MRI of brain and this is the report 3T MRI BRAIN (EPILEPSY PROTOCOL) PROTOCOL: This study is performed on Wipro GE Signa HDxt 3 Tesla MRI. MRI of brain was performed in multiplanar and multiecho sequences. FINDINGS : Brain parenchyma appears normal in signal intensity. Bilateral hippocampi are normal.  Parahippocampal sulci are normal.  Bilateral fornices and mammillary bodies are normal. Basal ganglia and both thalami are normal in signal intensity. Ventricles are normal. Sella turcica and pituitary gland are normal signal morphology. Posterior fossa, brainstem and CVJ: Normal. Mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinuses. Adenoidal hypertrophy noted. IMPRESSION : No significant neuroparenchymal abnormality.

I took the vaccines upto 6 weeks from hyderabad and then moved to mumbai. Now the pattern of vaccination seems different. I have attached both the vaccine schedules. Are they okay. The one in mumbai doesn't have influenza vaccine. Is it necessary. Also my kid had IPV at 6 weeks but here all doses are opv. Do I need to go for ipv or opv now onwards is fine?

Hi, I got prescribed oflomac-m forte for my 7.6 year old son as he is suffering from vomiting, loss of appetite and loose motions. I just got it purchased but I have read on the bottle, "this drug may cause liw blood sugar and mental health related sode effects" So, I am scared if I should give it to my son. Can I give gripe water to my 1 month old? If yes what can be the frequency and measure? The kid does not pass motion often and cries because of tummy pain after 3 days but he poops every time gripe water is given.Given it for 2 times already. Tried with colicaid initially but it dint work.

9 month old daughter. She has normal bowel and poops 3 times a day. Recently one or two freckle size red particle seen(assumed blood). Very very small quantity but is visible. She is no pain or distress. Teething. 2 teeth growing. She doesnt seem to have pain while pooping. When wiped with wet wipes no red particle seen. Its only visible in the poop.
