Child Health Issues

My baby having potty from one months sometimes it's good and hard but sometimes it's like watery and food particls appers in potty. Dr suggest digipen and diarea sachets but it not relives . It happens two times a day giving ors to her. She is one year and weight is 10 kg is she good and what to do for watery like potty iam attaching a pic also

My 28 days old baby has been passing dot like poop eveyr now n then with fart since her birth. We checked and was told that its normal. I have given her colicaid drops for 3/4 days as sos and she stopped passing thqt dot like poop. Today she has been passing lil yellow water every 10 min in her nappy, im afraid this is loose motion. I gave her neopeptine drop. Her urine frequency is normal. Pls advise if anything else i should do or any emergency symptom i shud look out for?

Baby boy is 1 month 18 days old, his weight is 4.5 kg. And his birth weight was 3.78 kg. He is exclusively on breastfeed. How to increase baby weight?. What pattern should i follow on breastfeed? He awakes full day and sleeps from 6pm to 4 am. Do i need to wake him up for feeding? Also i am not taking any fat in my diet like ghee etc. is this impacting? please advise

Hello, my baby is 30 days old. I got a finger infection and thus pus was taken out and i am put on azithromycin 625 twice a day alongwith dolo. I checked with doctor if these are safe while breastfeeding but still confirming if these medicines are safe while i continue to breastfeed.

Is it normal for a 2.5 month baby not to pass stool for continuous 9 days? Also sometimes baby vomits after having breast feed.
