My girl baby suffering from fever from friday night and i put sumol drops for every 6hrs once... she will be fine for few hours then she will stadt irritation. It's been 2 days she is having light fever. Except fever nothing else.no cough or cold. Please suggest me what to do

Fever 102 n mild stomach pain
Having fever today only @102 with mild pain in stomach... Stomach pain is occasional while standing up or sitting. Given calpol @2 pm but fever remains same @6pm again given same .. dose was 8 ml.
