Hi docter,my daughter is 8 months old .her birth weight is 3.3 kg.upto 6 months she was rapidly gaining weight upto 6.5 kg.but after 6 months started solid foods and not gained weight rapidly and she weighed 6.9kg last month.today I checked weight she has reduced 400 grams and again she is 6.5 kg.is there any problem.she is fully active and trying to stand

My nephew is 3 years old, but he is not able to speak, sometimes he speaks one word like bhalu,mammy,abc,but not repeat again,he speaks on his mood ,no communication with us.plz suggest

Sir/Madam, Is 'Typhoid conjugate vaccine' ( supposed to be given 6-9 months infants) very much necessary or it is okay to skip this vaccine ?

My one and 6 month baby have severe cough and cold, eyes became red, and having stool for 5 times a day  with little fever, 2, months ago due to little watery stool for 4,5 times day our primaey care doctor gave ofluxacin and metroconazole, but baby did not take that medicine for 7 days, only afteer 2 day his mother stopped the antibiotic, so after 5 days problem starts, then after giveing ofluxacin for 7 day it was stopped but again 15 days the same problem started, due to travelling baby has severe cough cold and also fever , doctor has written lRTi and acute gastrointitis in prescription and prescribed cefakind, levofluxacin metrocanazole which baby donottaken, forcefully 2 days cefakind has given two times it was vomitted then by telephonic doctor gave msg to give xone 500 injection bd for 3 days, our baby is breast feeding is it problematic, one injection was given, should we give the other medicinescinarest cough syrup which was also prescribed before on prescription,

My son is 3 month old. From last 3 days he has been throwing up curdled milk after every feed in good quantity. Is there anything to worry and whats should I do to overcome this problem. He has been pooping once in 2 to 3 days. This problem of spitting up has evolved very recently.

Hi doc my baby is 4.5 months old , and is having running watery yellow poop 3-4 times a day from past 2 days. Usually he poops 2 times a day with curdy consistency. Is it diarrhoea? Baby is active otherwise. Thanks
