My 3.5 year old son has cold little cough and fever. The cold and cough is from last 3 months. The fever comes every 15-20 days. Every time we have to give antibiotics for the fever/ fever goes but cold and cough is still there. He has swollen tonsils. He is currently on montair tablets. This time we are not able to decide if this is wet or dry cough. Can we give medicines for both? Duolin nebulisation and viscodyne D syrup together?

I have a 6 week old baby. Inspite of doing everything my doctor said to increase breast milk and also traditional methods suggested by elders in family, I am not producing enough to satiate my baby. Even after feeding 40 mins, my baby is still hungry. Hence I am topping up with formula. I read many answers on practo. I have seen doctors indifferently write ' Exclusive Breastfeeding for 6 months' without understanding plight of us mothers who go through these difficulties. Please give genuine advice on how much formula does a 6-7 weeks baby require and how many times a day.
