How many  paracetamol drops should be given to 2.5 months baby for fever after vaccination? My daughter weight is 5.1 kg. Can 0.5ml is sufficient or I have to given more dose.pls suggest

Once a week my daughter is getting mild cold with sneezing and runny nose.. Everything is mild not tat much. But often she is getting.. Is she havin dust allegery am not sure.. Can i given cetirizine syrup for her and how ml can be given.. What preventions can be taken to stop thiz runny rose along with sneezing alwayzz. How to increase her immunity

My son has seviour cough with phlegm.Everytime his pediatrician suggests ascoril but this time he gave mucolite LS. Didn find any change after taking mucolite.He has same seviourity. Can I give him ascoril LS ???

My son 3.4 years old weight 19kg yesterday 9pm he had sudden fever but he was behaving normal, at 10am we give him galpo 250 5 ml , fever reduced , again at 2am he chiled and shivering and temperature increased t 102 -103 at 3 am again we give him calpol ,after 30 min he was crying complaing pain at stomach, and vomit , after that he feels ok, fever down, at morning he is again crying for stomach pain and fever increased, kindly help , no doctor available before evening.. My wife TSH was normal so doctor asked to stop pills for 2 months and check the TSH again After testing again it came as 38 During this time she has breastfeeded the baby. Baby is healthy now but my concern is does it effect baby in anyway as the levels are reached to 38
