My 8month old swallowed a soft silicone plug of the earphone..he is able to breath well and is able to coo make noises. I m really scared please help

Hi My 5.5 months old daughter nowdays make her body stiff like her neck hand and legs. Is it something to worry?rest everything is fine she responds on voices,smiles moves her eyes. Not able to turn sides still.

My son has frequent running nose in the morning.. It was too severe last week so we have cetzine syrup suggested bu doctor for 3 days. But again he is suffering from the same for the past 2 days.and we gave a small doze like 2.5ml of cetzine for now. Is it fine if we give medicines like this? Or can you suggest any for my son. Hi Doctor, my baby is suffering from loose motions from past 3 days.here it's too hot with 42 degrees of temparature. What kind of syrup to be used.we have used daralock powder 1 sachet twice a day. But yesterday it was reduced to 3 days and today its 3 time before 1 pm. Advise .no fever.
