Child Health Issues

Hello Doctors, My 5 years old daughter is coughing from past 3 months. In January she caught cold and that was cured by just giving the ayurvedic medicine but caugh is not going away. Once again she caught cold in March and that also got cured without giving any specific medicine but his caughing is not going away. We have visited ENT, Ayurvedic, pediatrician but nothing seems to be working out. What could possibly be the reason? What more should we doing to make her better. She is still on allopathic medication but not getting better. What kind of doctor should we visit? Is it dangerous?

My baby girl is 8 months 15 days old.. She didn't get her first tooth yet.. Is it normal? She is drooling a lot and trying to chew on everything.. Also we got her hair tonsured yesterday and noticed small patches on scalp while tonsure.. Attaching picture of it.. Pls let me know what it is and if I need to apply anything

My 23 day old baby coughs or chokes breast milk frequently during feed. There is increased flow of milk in one of my breast. Is it normal to cough during feeding? And what can I do to prevent this.?
