Sir my child is developing fever every 15-20 days no other symptoms other than in between 2 -3 times cold and cough all this from last 3 months since March please tell why all this

My son is 6 months old, we have to get influenza vaccinated, I want to is it ok to delay the vaccination for 15 days

Hello doctor, My daughter is 6 year 9 months old and weighs 30 kg. Her activity level is good. Eats healthy diet. In her 2nd and 3rd years she had little much junk food and less activity, but after that she had good food habits. Her birth weight is 3.6. Her weight grown gradually from birth not suddenly. I am concerned is her weight more to her age or is it normal?

Sir my age is 17 years , I am attaching my child vaccination report I have first 3 tetanus vaccine at intial 5 months of birth then took a booster dose at 18 months but after that I have not taken any tetanus vaccine until January 2021 in January 2021 I have taken tetanus toxoid injection and again took tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 yesterday I had very little injury in finger I have forgotten to take tetanus injection please tell what should I do now according to my history
