My daughter is 1 yr 9 months old and she has fever from 3 days that is 100 degree..no medicine is working for her.can I start antibiotic for her.

My daughter is 11 months old. We have seen doctors multiple time for the same issue. She has runny nose and she coughs a lot specially during night. We give cough syrup and all generic meds prescribed by doctors but nothing helped her getting rid of the problem. It has been a week already, she has shown some impressive bur runny nose and cough doesn't go away. Please suggest
