My baby is 5 months old and he was not pooping for 3 days, yesterday was 4th day he pooped little bit. What can we do for this ? please guide. also he is farting with bad smell, is there any gas trouble to him ?

Hello doctor My son is 2 months old.he is 4.2 kg weight. He  goes to sleep by 1 am in the morning and wakes up only by 6 am. Even though I wake him up in the middle for feeding he does not co operate. My pediatrician said it's OK feed only on demand.I am afraid he may not gain weight in this method.Day time 6 am to 9 pm he takes 5 to 6 feeds minimum. Pls suggest.

Hello. Yesterday evening my 3.5 months baby had 101.5 fever n went to doctor.. was prescribed paracetamol drops every 6 hours for 2 days. Now temperature has gone down but baby looks tired. Wat could be reason for fever in my 3 month old. No other symptoms
