Child Health Issues

Baby (10 months old) is having dry cough, now no fever from 7th May. Could anyone please check the report and kindly do let me know the reason behind the deranged of the report. Reports are attached.

I mixed feed my baby as my milk supply is very low. She is 3.5 months old. How to clean flask where I keep warm water for her? I generally clean the flask with baby liquid soap and brush once in a week and clean the flask everyday with plain warm water? Am I doing right or should I clean the flask with liquid everyday? Please guide me.

3 days ago my baby had fever like her head and hand foot was hot not much temperature so gave her Calpol and it subsided but since then she vomited after food and she had loose motions too. Her first tooth is erupting now and we are at a place where it's too hot here and humidity. Came here 4 days back as visit. She is been sweating a lot & her urine output is less too. Bcos she's sweating I did not worry much. I'm giving liquid sort of food like rice and dal diluted with ghee and salt and rice ganji and oats. Giving her cows milk small glass. She is very cranky, Fussy and crying a lot.. Always stick to me now. I feel she is not like before I mean her mood & feel like she is not hungry at all. I am breastfeeding her. Drinks water but sweating a lot. Her sleep has been very disturbed because its too hot here.. Due to sweat she is not sleeping properly . Please help in this. What would be the reason. Also her potty is smells bad. I'm really worried about my baby. Please help me in detail

My daughter is 20 days old and from the last 3 days she is vomiting milk 3 to 4 times a day milk is thick and curd like when vomited is this normal
