Daughter weight - 8.3 kg Daughter age : 8 months We are giving iron drops daily as per suggested by pediatrician I m just confused about dose or you can call i forgot dose Brand name: Tonoferon drops Contain: Colloidal iron equivalent to elemental iron 25 mg Lysine hydrochloride USP 200 mg Vit B12 5 ug Folic acid 200 ug How much dose daily i should give to my daughter? 5 drops twice daily is okay sir ?? Hello sir, you can give 5drops twice a day... The iron supplement should be 12.5mg daily as per the guidelines.

get Hb% after 4weeks and adjust the dose as per the advice of a pediatrician near by you.

Dose to prevent iron deficiency as a daily supplement is 0.9ml per day. For anemia, dose is higher.
