Hlo doctor here attached pic of wound which my daughter she is 3month old pls advice is this problem is serious do i need to consult doctor

My daughter is 9 days old. We have done new born screening test on 2nd day. This test shows elevated levels of 17-OPH - 66.2 ng/ml (expected: <30 ng/ml). Please tell me how severe is this.
