Child Health Issues

My son usually has vomiting for long duration travel by car .What medicine would help.please advise.

My daughter fell down and got hit in right side forehead. Went to near by hospital and had consulted vener physician. Bleeding stopped and dressing done. Dr sd no worries as it is an small wound and no stitches required next review after 3 days. Any thing we need to do further for this issue. Please advice.

My child has completed 6 months recently.  He was on bm only. Now I'm giving ripe banana, apple puree, dal water with mashed gajar . But he is not pooping regularly. Putting pressure during pooping as well as during urination. Stool was hard. I'm also giving water. Please give some solutions. Whether I have to change his food or to increase water quantity.

My daughter is 4years old...weight is 15.75kg...she had fever runny nose few days back..she also vomited and had Liquid stool for one day...subsided without any medications...now she is having dry cough...sometimes when she is eating something she starts vomiting...food she is eating not getting digested...tummy is filled up with gas..plz suggest any medication for proper digestion...so that she get some relief from gas problem...for drycough I am giving her levoline plus syrup...plz suggest some good medicine for proper digestion...tht will be safe  for her to use...thanking you...

Hello Drs, We have noticed our 7.5 month Baby boy Rubbing eyes too often. Is it related to teething ? His bottom two teeth has come but upper teeth not yet come. Any precautions we should keep?

My wife got cut due to kitchen knife.  she need to give tt injection. She is a lactating mother of 6 months girl. If she need to take tt injection then will it harm to baby girl ( 6 months girl)  because she is on feeding or tt injection to lactating mother will not harm to her baby who is on breastfeeding ???

My baby's birth weight is 3.67.now 2 months completed and his weight is 6.1 I'm very much worry about his drastic weight gain.He is taking only breast feed.i had gestational diabetes.is this related to his abnormal weight gain.can someone pls tel the solution for this?
