My 4 months old baby having cold and cough. Doctor prescribed zerotus and naxtra. I forgot to ask how many days should I give these medicines. I gave for 3 days and stopped. Cold and cough reduced. But still he is having some coughing and little cold. Want to know how many days should I give these medicines to him. Kindly reply.

4 month is a tender age and prone for pneumonia and sepsis
Always seek advice from paediatrician
Give nasal saline drops as well along with above medicine
Give medicine for 7 days
If baby is not having good sleep, having difficulty in feeding then immediately seek opinion of paediatrician
Avoid bottle feeding and giving water in this cold rainy season
