My daughter 5 months old having cold and cough from yesterday. Please suggest the syrup for cold and cough

Our paediatrician has prescribed A to Z and Vitanova D3 drops in 1 ml doses daily. We've been giving this to baby for the past 1.5 years. We asked the doctor if we could stop giving the medication, but he advised us to continue. There is no issue with baby, and he is doing well. However, other mothers do not give these medications to their babies. Should we be concerned and stop giving the medication? Can such prolonged consumption harm babies? 1.5-year-old baby It was a C-section birth.

I am having fever and headache  and cold . I am 12 years old. Which medicine should I take, should I take paracetamol 500 mg?

Hello sir my child is 5.5 year old actually my question is I noticed it from 2-3 months not everyday but some day when my child wake up his body actually neck and head is hot to touch but no fever and child is normal and it go away in 4-5 hrs is this a issues or normal please tell

Hi Dr. My son is 22 days old, he is facing gas issues. We are trying to burp after every feeding but sometimes he does not release the gas and starts crying if we keep trying to release the gas. He passes urine 8-9 times a day and stool 3 times a day. Please suggest what can be done.
