My two kids age 6 yrs and 3yrs are having fever ranges 100 to 102.5 last 2 days .from few days ther r vomiting when they go in sunlight or travel in car.i m giving them nobel plus. i m worried about them.kindly help me doctors.i also want to tell that 3 yr old kid is girl and she is very weak.kindly tell me the reason of my problem and is it okay

My son is 20 months old. some of his vaccines are due like HEP.A, TYPHOID, Chickenpox. He is having little runny nose. can we still vaccinated him if he is having runny nose?
