My baby was 24 days old abd her weight was 2.750 . She passing out motions 5-7times a day and we consult the doctor she advised for stool examination and in test results show fungal cells are present . What's the reason for it.Is it problematic??

Yeast cells are common. It is normal and not to worry for that.
You didn't mentioned but I hope it is breastfeeding only. A Breastfeeding child can pass motion 10-12 times per day and once in 7 days also. Both is normal.
Until it is totally watery or blood in stool.
