My daughter is 21 months old and is having on and off fever since 2-3 days, has diarrhea and today even vomitted once. We just came from Qatar 5 days ago and was giving cow milk there changed her daily milk to amul for 2 days

Fever since 3 days come after duration. I have visited a doctor but still fever comes after medication. Kindly suggest
