Child Health Issues

I am mother of twin baby. My both babies completely depend on formula milk. Can start ragi n vegetables soup to my baby. They are 5 month old . Pls suggest diet for my babies.

Does it is right to feed while lying down( both mother & baby)  and mother is sleeping at night for a new born( 1month old )

Hi my baby is now 2.5 months and he is 11 kg since 1 year he isn't gaining weight .He is eating but problem is soon after he eats he does Motion within 5 to 10 mins and this happens whenever he eats if he eats 5 times he passes motion 5 times if he does not eat he doesn't pass motion .even if he eats fruits even if he eat rice even if he eat tiffins etc .What to do plz advise he is not at all gaining weight and he is very lean .

My baby is having fever since past 3 days and doctor has suggested to give crocin drops 0.8ml. Her temperature goes down when we give her meds. After few hours it goes back to 99°. What should we do now? Should we give some other meds?

Can I breast feed my baby for 5 months and then stop? And then can continue with Dexolac? Please suggest

Last wk doctor prescribed omnacortil forte 5ml times for 6days as he was coughing consistent for 2days.. but as it is steroid some doctor said it should not be given to kids , now there is hesitation in mind why doctor prescribed this ? After 2days of taking it my son is feeling ok now, so should we stop the medicine now??

How often should I feed a 2 months-1 week baby. Sometimes my baby won't wakeup like 6 hours even I try to wake him up. Is it common? Is it ok even he won't drink milk for 6 hrs? Please suggest.

My son is 20 months old. some of his vaccines are due like HEP.A, TYPHOID, Chickenpox. He is having little runny nose. can we still vaccinated him if he is having runny nose?
