Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my 1 yr old Daughter. Is Typhoid vaccine necessary? How much is its efficacy against all strains of bacteria causing typhoid? Since it is a costly vaccine so need your suggestion on the same.

Dear Doctor my 4.6yrs son had upper respiratory infection(URI) a week before after 4 nebulization in 2 days. Today he got nose bleeding after cleaning his nose from cotton it stopped within 5mins. Pls suggest what to do. Regards prashanth

Hi doctor,my baby boy is 1.5 months old and weight 5 kgs .since last 3 to 4 days he is pooping alternate days and when he is pooping he is putting pressure and having slight thick poop and is gassy and have large burps on the other day .He is on both bf and formula feed(2×per day)120 ml each feed.he is an active baby. Could it be due to the change in weather?

My baby girl is one month one day old. She is not gaining much weight. Her birthday weight was 3.16 kg. Now she weighs 3.30. Currently she is on BM now. She is peeing more than 18 times per day. She pee's 3-4 times after her one feed. How to increase her weight? Any other options other than FM? I don't wanna give her FM. Please suggest.

Hi 2.6 years old baby boy.temp on forehead is normal but if I see on neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 c Since 8th June I have been giving him paracetomol syrup levocetrizine syrup and for 3 days I have used azithromycin and using nebulizer ion and cough syrup for cough.used paracetomol yesterday night till morning temp was not there now when I checked on forehead it's normal but near neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 should I consider it as fever .it's already 12 days I have been using paracetomol syrup should I use more ?covid test was done 7 days back .he is having mucous phelgm and cough
